Excellent multivitamin

After extensive blood and saliva testing by my internal medicine MD, he recommended that I take this brand of multiple vitamin plus iron. My last test results came back with much improved numbers so I am very happy with Alpha Base Capsules with Iron .
Pros:
They pass the smell test and are relatively easy to swallow capsules.
Cons:
I don't like to have to take four daily.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Great Multi!

I've been searching for a multi that will give me a wide spectrum of bio-available nutrients, and I've finally found it! No stomach upset (I take mine with meals), and it has really helped. My bloodwork is getting better and better all the time. OrthoMolecular Products have a well-deserved good reputation. After using these for a while, I saw my chiropractor for a nutritional consultation (after my MD gave this the thumbs-up), and he muscle tested me for them - came up very strong. He also said that in his opinion, it's the best multi on the market. That's a good enough testimonial for me, and I think I'll be taking these for a long time! I also introduced my assistant to them and she is feeling much better than on the last multis she was taking.

I'm studying holistic nutrition, so did a lot of research before choosing a multi. Based on my limited knowledge, along with the recommendation of a board-certified MD who practices holistic medicine and a well-educated, nutrition-based chiropractor, I think these are worth a try.
Pros:
Capsule form - easily absorbed
Easy to swallow
No stomach upset
Cons:
You need to take several capsules, but not a deal-breaker
