My homeopathic doctor recommended Alli-Cinn for a sinus infection a few months ago so when I got another infection I tried it again and it did clear it up again. I take 3 capsules a day (one more than recommended amount). The only thing I don't like about it is that your breath smells like garlic sometimes while taking it.
Pros:
Works for a sinus infection.
Cons:
Your breath seels like garlic.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
