Aesculus Hippocastanum has an affinity for conditions that involve venous congestion, especially in the extremities and in hemorrhoidal veins. Aesculus Hippocastanum affects hemorrhoids and recent varicose veins by draining a number of organs. It can be effectively used with its complementary remedy, Castanea. This remedy is indicated for conditions such as hemorrhoids, poor venous circulation and eczema.

I used this product with GEMMO Castanea Vesca and got some relief after finishing the first bottle and starting on the second bottle.
Pros:
Seems effective, but not immediately
Cons:
Dispensing system. No eye dropper included.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
