Almost all of the vitamins that I take are integral to creating and maintaining the Methylation Cycle. I take this supplement to support my Adrenal System, I have seen an improvement in my stress response over the last few months. I've been taking 3 Adreno per day for a year.

Great Product for Stress Relief and Sugar Cravings

I have been taking this product for 6 months now. It is very gentle and gradually works to restore your adrenal gland function but is very, very effective. I noticed at about the 3-month mark that my sugar cravings went WAY down. I used to crave sugar after every meal on a daily basis. I read that this could be due to poor or overworked adrenal glands. Your body craves sugar when your body is constantly under stress either from diet or environment or both. This formula from Perque really works to restore your adrenal function, thereby lessening your anxiety and your sugar cravings. Not to mention PureFormulas has the best price!
