Taking the PGX has reduced my urges to snack and my cravings for chocolate & other favorite foods. PGX makes it easier to reduce the amount of food eaten. It is not a miracle. It is still possible to overeat even with the PGX. Will power and sensible portion sizes are still required to lose weight, but PGX definitely helps. It works better for me than anything else I've tried.
Pros:
Nearly eliminated my chocolate & sweet cravings.
Cons:
It's a bother to remember to take it one hour before each meal.

I've been using Adrenal Balance for over a year in conjunction with an herbal thyroid support, at the suggestion of my naturopath. I've been happy with the product, and the only downside I've experienced is a slight aftertaste of something like rosemary after about 1/2 hour. I've found that PureFormulas carries this at a low price and no shipping, which is the best deal I've found on the web for it so far.
