Adapt for Burn-Out

I started using Adapt about four years ago upon the advice of my doctor. My adrenal gland was really burned out at the time. I have been feeling much better overall, but much can also be attributed to lifestyle changes. I feel more secure by continuing to take Adapt.

I've used it for years. Took myself down to 1 pill a day and started filling chilled compared to those around me. Dr. said my thyroid numbers were great and it was probably my adrenals... she didn't know I'd drop from 2 down to 1 pill/day. So I'm back to 2/day and it helped.

Helping me to improve cortisol levels

My cortisol levels were very high. I started taking pantothentic acid alone. To that I added Adapt and began to back off the separate pantothentic acid caps. I have noticed that I am sleeping better. I have not had my levels checked recently but I am feeling better. This was recommended to me by my NP. I have been taking it for about 2 months.
