When I have had a lingering virus that I could not kick, I take these and the virus is gone in about 2 days.
Pros:
Helps your body's immune system overcome illness.
Cons:
It is very hard on the stomach. You must have food with it and I would have to be quite ill to take 4 in one day. Normally 1 - 2 is all my stomach can tolerate.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
