great, portable and the fish oil in this pack is great too

great women's vitamin I was initially nervous abut the included fish oil pill but i have not had any issues, i was concerned that i would burp up fish smell and or taste as I have from other brands.
I like that its prepackages so I can throw Activ Essentials for Women in my lunch bag and remember to take it while eating lunch at work.
Pros:
the packaging good for people on the go
the fish oil does not stink
good % of all vitamins and minerals
