The only down side, it's 5 pills in a pack and it does not include omega 3, iron or D.
Pros:
It's o.k as long as you arewilling to tak eadditional pills.
Cons:
Too many pills.

It includes the majority of vitamins I need, according to the exstensive blood work panel my Doctor ordered. My body was seriously deficient of many nutrients.
Pros:
The concentrated contents in just 4 capsules.
Cons:
The need to take 2 packets a day. I don't like to swallow large pills. I wish this product could be even more concentrated so that only 1 packet a day was needed.
