This is the first time I've tried this product and I expect to be a repeat customer, as they are well made. That fact that these pills are soft gels makes a big difference in the ease of getting them down your throat, as they are big, but they're smooth and easy to swallow. Most importantly, I like that fact that they have a high calcium content, so you don't have to take them all day to get your RDA.
