What a relief!

I have only been taking 5-MTHF for about 4 months, but since then I've been able to discontinue my use of SAM-e (which I was taking for my depression/anxiety/all-things-emotional).
Emotionally, I feel like a different person when I'm taking 5-MTHF (the same I felt as when I took the SAM-e, but at less than a 1/4 of the price)- or, I guess I should say that I finally feel like myself. I'm not the type of personality to be in a rut, so I always felt like there was an emotional puppeteer preventing me from being myself. (Consciously thinking, "This is NOT me!")
Also, on the physical side, I had adrenal fatigue- making it hard to breathe, walk, basically do anything- I didn't have enough adrenaline to keep my eyes dilated. The combination of 5-MTHF and a methyl b-12 have basically reversed all of those symptoms.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
