Really helped my son's anxiety

We started using 5-HTP spray with my 6 year old son due to his high level of anxiety. I was wondering whether he needed medication, but a child psychiatrist said to try this first. It really works! We noticed a difference after just a few days. I just spray it in a tiny amount of juice. He can't even tell it's there.
Pros:
Work great
A natural product, not a medication
Easy to use (my son cannot swallow pills yet)
Cons:
It is kind of expensive, considering that we use a lot of other supplements with our son too. It all really adds up, but I would still rather not medicate a 6-year-old.

helps my mood & focus immensely (suffer from CFS & Fibromyalgia). However, price is high for amount I have to use & taste could be better. Aftertaste is not great but price & taste are worth suffering through give how well the product works.

My 8 year-old son with autism is frequently dependent on 5-HTP to elevate his serotonin levels for improved mood.
Having the 5-HTP spray is very useful when outside the house or traveling to give him a fast acting mood boost conveniently. It usually solves any mood problems, (tantrums, grouchiness or sadness) within 20 minutes of use. depending of the severity of the problem I will use one or two sprays.
The product is bad tasting. I do wish xylitol were used in place of stevia or at least xylitol option would be available.
Pros:
Convenient, fast acting.
Cons:
expensive, tastes bad.
