I have been using Sino Formula (#2) for about 4 years, which was recommended to me by my daughter.

It clears up my sinus congestion within about 20 minutes, when taking 2 tablest. I like it better than taking nose spray.

When the humidity is low I don't have to take it. Usually, I have to take it in the winter.
Pros:
It clears up my congestion within a short time without taking nose spray.
Cons:
It tase like seaweed.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
